About The Position
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team. This role involves working in a fast-paced plant environment, handling materials, and supporting daily production operations. Training will be provided for tools and job-specific tasks. Candidates should be reliable and willing to learn in a hands-on environment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs continuously throughout the shift; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs
- Ability to follow directions and read glass and frame labels accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to use hand tools as required (training will be provided)
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to read or learn to read a tape measure
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Must be dependable and punctual
