About The Position

Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC, is a specialty fabricator offering custom glass solutions to numerous markets from two U.S.-based facilities, including both flat and bent tempered glass built to demanding expectations of strength, thermal, and aesthetic quality. We're recognized for quality problem-solving and on-time performance across both small, custom lots and large production runs. Fabricating glass products is our only business, and our employees are passionate about maintaining their reputation as industry leaders. This role involves loading, seaming, unloading, and inspecting glass on the line. Training is provided on handling, loading, and quality checks, with rotating assignments to maintain interest.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to detect blemishes on finished goods (scratches, chips, paint runs).
• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Positive attitude, ready to learn and adapt.
• Standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. across 8-hour shifts.
• Must wear Safety Glasses, Ear Plugs, Safety-toe shoes, and Cut-Resistant gear.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing Experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities
