About The Position

We are seeking a General Ledger Accountant who is interested in working full time to support key accounting functions that include reviewing expenses, posting journal entries, and preparing detailed monthly and quarterly P&L reports. Additionally, you will work closely with facility operators to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, required.
2+ years of accounting and/or public accounting experience, required.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail have always been your thing.
Ability to manage and meet challenging deadlines while simultaneously prioritizing projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Complete expense reviews.
Post journal entries.
Prepare monthly and quarterly detailed P&L packages and partner with the operators of the respective assigned facilities Ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met.
Monitor applicable SOX controls Complete month-end internal controls.
Maintain accurate and organized records, paperwork, and documentation.
Partner with like-minded people as well as our front-line operators to ensure their financial success and provide them the ability to care for those in need.
