In this job, you’ll help serve business customers and governmental agencies by providing timely, accurate maps to external requesters. Also, you will track and update request statuses using internal spreadsheets and tools to maintain and improve mapping project templates, workflows and ensure the quality of deliverable products. This role will deliver timely responses to customer requests and resolve questions regarding scope, schedule, or other customer inquiries. Requirements

  • Experience in GIS and/or analyzing data.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ESRI/ArcGIS.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with Autodesk Map3D.
  • Specialized GIS education or certification.

Responsibilities

  • Inputs data into enterprise-wide GIS and Asset Management databases.
  • Assists in maintaining the company's facilities maps and detailed asset records, aiding in driving enhancements to existing applications.
  • Aids in acquiring and maintaining data including electric assets, cadastral, records, satellite imagery, and environmental data sets.
  • Participates in producing high-quality map products for presentations, meetings, public usage and departments.
  • Aids in automating geospatial data management, manipulation, and analytics.
  • Assists with data collection and handling, provides mapping services, performs technical research and analysis.
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
