About The Position

We are seeking an Associate Program Manager – Data & GIS Governance to lead enterprise data governance, GIS governance, and master data management initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, well-managed data assets that support business operations, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong experience in enterprise data governance, data lifecycle management, data quality, and ArcGIS.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and master data management.
• Experience leading cross-functional data initiatives in large organizations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of ArcGIS platform experience.
• 5+ years of Safe Software FME experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise data governance and stewardship initiatives.
• Manage master data, metadata, and data lifecycle processes.
• Develop and implement data quality improvement and remediation strategies.
• Establish governance standards, documentation, and data classification practices.
• Support GIS governance and ArcGIS platform administration and integration.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align data policies and priorities.
• Create governance documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive adoption of modern data management tools and best practices.
