Requirements

Experience in Utilities Domain/Gas & Electric Utilities – asset management, outage management, network tracing, field mobility, etc.
Experience implementing GIS solutions in the North American Utility market.
Expertise in Esri ArcGIS platform – ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, Server, Data Store, Web AppBuilder, Experience Builder.
Experience with Schneider Electric ArcFM suite – ArcFM Editor, ArcFM Server, Designer, and Fiber Manager.
Familiarity with utility systems integration – OMS, ADMS, CIS, SCADA, ERP.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Utility Network and migration strategies from geometric network.
Experience with ArcGIS Utility Network, ArcGIS Monitor, and ArcGIS Insights.
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in utility environments.
Certifications in Esri technologies or TOGAF/Solution Architecture frameworks.
Knowledge of FME
Experience with Azure (Azure Data factory, Azure Data Explorer, etc.), Microsoft ADO boards (Code configuration & Task tracking tool)
Experience with cloud deployments (Azure/AWS), containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability
