About The Position

This role is for a Girls Volleyball Head Coach responsible for the overall program development, player evaluation, and scheduling of practices and games. The coach will guide student athletes in strategies and techniques to prepare for competition, foster an appreciation for the sport, and provide leadership and direction to both high school and youth programs. The position operates within the rules of the Minnesota State High School League and Champlin Park High and its affiliated district/conference(s). A key aspect of the role is facilitating the development of players not only as athletes but also as individuals with good character and integrity.
