About The Position

This position is for a Junior Varsity (JV) Girls Lacrosse Coach at Salem High School. The coach will be responsible for the overall organization of the sport, including equipment management, awards, and season summaries. The role requires a compatible schedule with high school activities and the ability to work with parents and children. Performance will be evaluated annually.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in high school level coaching or playing at college or university level in the sport.
• Applicant must have a time schedule compatible with that of the high school.
• Demonstrated ability to work with parents and children.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or first aide training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire organization of the sport.
• Directly responsible for all equipment in his/her sport, including filing a complete inventory at the end of each season.
• Responsible for all awards presented in his/her sport and a season summary.
• Bending, lifting, and overhead work required.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
