About The Position
GRIT Gymnastics is looking for strong, competent coaches to help with our Xcel gymnastics program. We are looking for coaches for both our sanctioned and non-sanctioned teams. A positive attitude, eye for detail, and a genuine love of children is a MUST. Enthusiasm, positive and passionate about coaching and working with kids. Strong communication skills. The ability to build relationships and make connections with both athletes and parents. A thorough understanding the sport of gymnastics both physically and mentally.
