About The Position
Kingdom Heights Preparatory School is seeking a faith-centered, dependable assistant coach to support the Girls Basketball program. This is an opportunity to help student-athletes grow in skill, character, and faith while building a disciplined, positive Royals culture.
Requirements
- Demonstrates strong Christian faith, sound judgment, and a servant-leadership mindset.
- Has basketball coaching or competitive playing experience and a willingness to keep learning.
- Values discipline, accountability, academic excellence, sportsmanship, and positive communication.
- Can work collaboratively with the head coach, families, school leadership, and the Athletic Director.
Responsibilities
- Assist with practices, skill development, game preparation, and supervision of student-athletes.
- Support the Head Girls Basketball Coach in day-to-day program activities, including practice and game preparation, player instruction, team supervision, and student-athlete mentorship.
- Help reinforce team standards and contribute to a safe, competitive, and encouraging environment on the court, in the classroom, and in life.
