The Girl Scout Champion is a part-time hourly position responsible for driving the Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont mission by recruiting and retaining girl and adult members within an assigned geographic territory. This role serves as the face of Girl Scouts in the community, fostering partnerships, supporting volunteers, and ensuring every girl has the opportunity to thrive. The work is primarily conducted at schools, faith-based institutions, and libraries, with local travel being a core part of the role. The position requires an average of 6-10 hours per week, primarily during evenings and some weekends, over 12-week seasons in winter and spring.
