About The Position
Marymount University is seeking a Girl's Flag Football Senior Assistant Camp Director. This role involves organizing and directing campers, teaching sport skills, coaching teams, and assisting the camp director with various administrative and supervisory tasks. Requirements
- Experience in organizing and directing campers
- Experience in teaching sport skills
- Experience in coaching teams
- Ability to assist with camp setup/teardown
- Ability to assist with camp administration and organization
- Ability to supervise camp staff and campers
- Ability to oversee camp procedures
- Ability to assume Camp Director responsibilities in their absence
Responsibilities
- Organize and direct campers on and off the field/court
- Teach (sport) skills to campers
- Coach teams in camp competition
- Assist the camp director with set up/tear down of camp daily
- Assist the camp director as requested
- Assist the Camp Director with the supervision of camp staff
- Assist the Camp Director with the supervision of camper
- Assist the Camp Director with the administration and organization of camp
- Oversee the organization of camp procedures
- Assume Camp Director responsibilities in their absences
