About The Position

The Gift Shop Specialist will provide support and assistance with the operation of the Imagine Experience. The incumbent will be assisting the operation of the Imagine store, tours, and home office field events. Ensuring that administrative requirements for department are efficiently met. Provides project coordination support for projects being handled by department. The incumbent must have excellent communication skills and will help provide the Primerica Sales Force and exceptional Imagine experience. The Specialist will assist the experience by helping the supervisor schedule bookings, give and facilitate tours, store operations, event registration, process reimbursements, and any other department functions. Fully onsite position Location: Duluth, GA Salary range between $44K - $45K Annual

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work weekend and evening events when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance with the operation of the Imagine Experience, working alongside the Supervisor.
  • Assist with the set-up, bookings, and operation of the tours.
  • Responsible for script updates, monitoring tour displays, and keeping all tour guide equipment updated.
  • Speak in front of large groups ranging from 25 - 200 people and give tours as needed.
  • Assist with the set-up and operation of store by operating cash registers, requesting bank cash runs, and preparing month end deposits.
  • Monitor/receiving inventory, ordering merchandise and arranging displays.
  • Assist with the communications, set-up, bookings, and operation of the Home Office Field Events.
  • Provide accounting and budgeting support to the department when the need arises.
  • Assist with communication, processing and delivery of travel reimbursements for our field agents.
