Requirements

1+ years of retail management or supervisory experience required.
Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
Knowledge of retail operations, including labor, inventory, and cost controls.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of gift shop operations, including scheduling, inventory management, ordering, merchandising, cash handling, and team performance.
Lead, coach, train, and develop retail team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
Receive, organize, and manage incoming shipments and merchandise.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and support loss prevention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all store security procedures and company policies.
Balance registers, reconcile daily sales, and prepare deposits.
Create attractive merchandise displays that maximize sales and enhance the guest experience.
Ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol sales regulations and company standards.
Attend management meetings and support operational goals.
Assist guests and team members as needed and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
