Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of previous customer service required.
- Minimum of one year of retail environment experience.
Responsibilities
- Performs retail sales operations in the Gift Shop.
- Assists customers with the selection and sale of logo merchandise and other gift items.
- Performs cash register functions in a competent and accurate manner.
- Prepares, stocks, and merchandises inventory.
- Provides excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and Mayo employees.
- May assist with inventory processes of ordering and receiving store merchandise and supplies.
- May be assigned additional duties related to re-merchandising areas of the sales floor and display areas, internal/external marketing activities, other special projects and workgroups.
- May be asked to work in other Mayo Clinic Store locations as needed.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds and ability to push/pull fixtures and merchandise.
