About The Position

This position is located in the Merchandise Department at Graceland working in the Enesco experience, having variable/flexible working hours to include weekends, holidays, evening, and overtime as required. The rate of pay for this position is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience using computerized cash systems and processing credit cards is helpful.
• Must be able to work with large sums of money and be accurate.
• Ability to cope with heavy workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the telephone are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to perceive and deal with sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to deal successfully with a wide range of people.
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and competing needs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with purchasing selections by making appropriate suggestions, answering questions on Enesco products and villages.
• Process sales by entering correct prices in a computerized sales system through cash, or credit cards.
• Stock and clean various merchandise racks as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
