About The Position
Pirates Voyage is seeking Gift Shop Employees who have a passion for customer service and enjoy interacting with people. This is a part-time, seasonal position. Hours will vary based on the show schedule and will include afternoons and evenings, as this is a dinner show. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Ages 16 and Up
- Weekend availability is a must.
- Must get along well with guests and fellow employees.
- Must maintain a professional business relationship at all times.
- Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and direct guests.
- Assist guests with their purchases.
- Process credit cards.
- Operate a cash register and balance the cash drawer at the end of each day.
- Get along well with guests and fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times.
- Assist with set up, stock, and cleaning duties as needed in the Village.
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance.
