This position is responsible for increasing sales and providing support to customers with problems related to gift cards. Other responsibilities include balancing credit card payments and providing accounting support for general ledger analysis for various general ledger accounts. Responsibilities include: providing day-to-day operational support to customers regarding Publix gift cards. labeling, packaging, and shipping all gift card orders neatly and timely to meet customer expectations. reconciling customer accounts when orders are cancelled or replacements are requested by customers. maintaining proper aging, credit card balancing and out of balances on the Gift Card accounts. providing ongoing support to IS, Marketing and Advertising, Community Affairs, and Strategy Support.
