About The Position

As a Gift Card Marketing Manager, you will serve as a critical member of a team focused on developing a best-in-class program, a holistic marketing plan and driving sales growth. In partnership with our internal and external partners, you will be responsible for applying overarching business and brand needs into addressable marketing opportunities across the B2B channel and the Gift Card program. You will manage the strategy and execution of Gift Card marketing and B2B program efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in marketing or pre-paid payments field required.
1+ year of experience in B2B prepaid field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership.
Strong project / time management skills and ability to prioritize independently to solve problems in a timely manner.
Results driven and team player.
A high level of accountability and strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Strong financial acumen; experience with P&L and budget management.

Responsibilities

Executes and manages key strategic projects driving B2B Gift Card strategy working on projects and key initiatives to drive sales, trips, and awareness.
Create a marketing plan for the Ulta Beauty Gift Card program which leverages internal teams, as well as incorporates resources from our clients/vendors.
Execute and manage marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
Implement strategies that will bridge the gap between B2B and B2C, driving sales and increasing awareness of the Ulta Beauty gift card program.
Build relationships and collaborate extensively with peers and leadership, internal partners (Store Operations, Finance, etc.), contractors and external partners to drive program growth.
Work with clients to ensure continued business through new outreach initiatives.
Serve as a B2B program and Gift Card marketing subject matter expert and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
Analyze new business opportunities and provide recommendations based on insights and data.
Drive Test & Learn initiatives with partners to grow business, as well as find efficiencies.
Execute operational activities, find efficiencies, and improve processes to enhance program operational effectiveness.
Assist the Sr. Manager of Gift Card on strategic initiatives and day to day operations as required.
Represent Ulta at industry events and conferences.
