About The Position

Turner Pest Control is seeking a hands-on leader to support and guide a group of 10–15 Pest Control Technicians in the field. As a Field Supervisor, you'll ensure top-notch service delivery, help technicians grow professionally, and play a key role in keeping our customers happy and pest-free. People come to pest control from a wide variety of fields: route/delivery drivers, retail, customer service, construction, military veterans, lawncare, warehouse, uniform delivery, restaurants...the list goes on! The bottom line is, if you're a motivated, hard-working, compassionate person with a positive mindset, we can train you for a new career!

Requirements

2+ years of pest control experience -or- 2+ years in a supervisor/leadership role.
State-issued pest control license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and after-hours
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
A knack for organization and attention to detail
The ability to manage and inspire a team
Comfort using tools like Microsoft Office, smartphones, PestPac, and more
The ability to lift up to 50lbs
The ability to comfortably work indoors and outdoors in various weather
The ability to safely climb ladders, kneel, and work in tight spaces as needed
Held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record
Good oral and written communication
Solid attention to detail
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
High school degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

Support a team of 10-15 technicians in their pest management objectives with both residential and commercial accounts.
Oversee their day-to-day activities and professional development while ensuring the delivery of stellar customer service.
Provide in-field coaching and 1-1 training.
Conduct vehicle inspections.
Run daily team huddles.
Partner with your Branch Manager to interview, hire, and train new team members.
Provide safe and effective pest management solutions to evaluate new customers' needs.
Maximize required performance outcomes.
Keep records of service activities.
Submit reports to management as required.
