Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years’ Previous experience in customer service.
  • A passion for horticulture and industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations.
  • Highly Organized, self-motivated, and ready to hustle!
  • Looking for an individual with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with order management systems or B2B platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for both sales reps and customers, ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish.
  • Manage the complete order lifecycle, including verifying, confirming with vendors, processing changes, tracking, and handling claims.
  • Use our order management system (Prelude) and B2B website to execute transactions and ensure order integrity.
  • Keep customers, vendors, and sales teams informed with timely updates and solutions.
  • Offer ideas for process improvements and provide feedback to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support team members and participate in special projects to improve our operations.
  • Adapt to changing needs and deadlines, especially during peak seasons.
  • Provide backup support to teammates during peak season and vacations.
