About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced GFRC Technicians for projects located in the Orlando, FL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Experience with GFRC, concrete casting, or similar composite materials
- OSHA 10: TI can provided training for qualified candidates
- All PPE
- Familiarity with spray-up and premix application methods
Responsibilities
- Handle full GFRC fabrication: mold prep, mixing, casting, curing, finishing, and QC
- Prepare molds: cleaning, sealing, applying release agents
- Mix materials accurately: cement, sand, polymers, water, glass fibers
- Apply GFRC using spray-up, premix, or hybrid methods
- Consolidate, roll, and compact to eliminate air voids
- Demold, patch, sand, and finish components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
