About The Position
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our high-performance concrete (GFRC) department. This role is responsible for overseeing production, quality, safety, and team development while maintaining a strong presence on the production floor. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure production goals are met.
Requirements
- Previous experience in concrete, manufacturing, or production supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with GFRC or high-performance concrete preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage daily operations of the GFRC department
- Oversee production workflow and adjust staffing to meet demand
- Ensure product quality meets company standards and specifications
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members
- Monitor performance and address employee performance issues
- Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives tied to internal KPIs
- Maintain a strong, hands-on presence on the production floor
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations
