About The Position

IT Partners (ITP) is seeking an experienced GFEBS ERP Business Support Specialist to provide direct functional and end-user support to the U.S. Army Test & Evaluation Command (ATEC). In this role, you will ensure ATEC personnel can effectively execute financial, spending chain, reimbursable, and funds management operations within GFEBS. You’ll serve as a functional SME, trainer, problem-solver, and advisor, supporting roughly 600 users across multiple Army commands. GFEBS Functional Support - Support end users across all seven GFEBS core business processes: FI, SC, FM, SD, AR, RA, and CO. - Analyze and resolve interface document (IDOC) issues and data discrepancies. - Monitor and troubleshoot SAP IDOCs and support corrective actions. - Provide end-of-fiscal-year surge support. Training, Support & User Enablement - Deliver user assistance via onsite, phone, VTC, and web conferencing. - Provide training for PRs, POs, GR/IR, clearing actions. - Support reimbursable execution including sales orders, billing, and funds recording. - Support FM actions including AFP, allotments, commitments, and pre-commitments. - Develop and deliver BI reporting guidance across FM, FI, CO, SD, and HR. Documentation & Business Process Improvement - Produce job aids, SOPs, and business practice documentation. - Develop and present business process flows and system flows. - Support change management and cutover activities. Reporting & Contract Compliance - Submit weekly status reports. - Provide weekly work schedules. - Track and report labor hours weekly. Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience within the last 10 years supporting all seven GFEBS core functions.
  • Hands-on experience with SC, reimbursables, and FM transactions.
  • Experience providing training through multiple mediums.
  • Experience producing job aids and process documentation.
  • Proficiency in SAP BI and IDOC troubleshooting.
  • Active SECRET Clearance.
  • Ability to complete mandatory DoD/Army training.
  • Ability to work onsite/remote and travel CONUS.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior ATEC or Army major command experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Army financial management.
  • Experience with federal contract reporting requirements.
