Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of experience with a Master's degree.
Adaptability to dynamic and complex environments, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Critical thinking and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Although this position is within a French-speaking work environment, it requires a strong command of English to read and understand technical documentation and terminology from international organizations on a daily basis, as well as to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide.

Knowledge of P&WC engines, engine components, and the aftermarket industry (asset).
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI (asset).

Responsibilities

As an influential leader, you provide people-centric change management to mobilize teams and anchor a culture of continuous improvement.
You lead LEAN workshops and analyze performance indicators to eliminate waste and maximize productivity.
You act as a key partner to the production director, translating strategic directions into concrete action plans.
Support teams in adopting new practices and tools.
Influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives (safety, quality, cost, delivery).
Facilitate LEAN workshops (Kaizen, VSM, problem-solving) and ensure the concrete implementation of solutions.
Measure and track generated gains (productivity, waste reduction, flow improvement).
Drive structural projects involving multiple departments (production, quality, logistics, maintenance).
Ensure coordination between teams to break down organizational silos.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and guarantee the achievement of results.
Identify the data required by operational teams.
Bridge the gap between data analysts, business processes, and operational dashboards.
Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and their root causes.
Develop and track relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
Formulate concrete recommendations based on facts and rigorous analysis.
Collaborate with the production director to translate strategic directions into concrete action plans.
Participate in defining and deploying the operational excellence roadmap.
