About The Position

HYPERMUSE Studio is the AI image and video studio of Groupe Dulcedo, created to push the boundaries of what our talents, creators, and brand partners can achieve when human vision is amplified by the best emerging technologies. Born from Dulcedo's leadership at every major industry turning point, HYPERMUSE is designed to deliver premium, campaign-ready content with the speed and flexibility of AI, without compromising the values that define our company: consent, equity, creative integrity, and trust. For us, AI is not a shortcut. It's a new production advantage, carefully guided, ethically structured, and designed to protect the long-term value of the talent economy. Our studio exists to solve real business challenges for brands, unlock new formats, new creative universes, new ways to move faster, while ensuring that AI-generated digital imagery and assets are managed to rigorous standards. Every deliverable passes through the hands of creative leaders and experienced producers, because at Dulcedo, technology doesn't replace taste. It multiplies it. The opportunity: We are looking for our next creative project manager – the operational engine and management pillar that drives the studio forward, from the first client call to final delivery. In this role, you will effortlessly juggle the execution of our internal initiatives – such as the development of our IPs and avatars – meticulous client management, and the growth of the studio's revenue through pitching and prospecting. With presence, taste, and drive, you will lead fast-paced AI image and video productions, while keeping a sharp eye on deadlines, production effort, and project profitability. We need someone capable of confidently guiding stakeholders through a rapidly evolving technological landscape, protecting creative intent from the very first conversations, and transforming ambiguity into clear momentum – without slowing down the studio.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in a creative agency, VFX studio, film production environment, 3D animation studio, or social-first marketing agency.
  • Solid experience managing multiple projects in parallel, with significant client contact, tight deadlines, and many stakeholders.
  • True production instincts: you understand how creative work is made (including traditional photo shoots and image construction) and how to move it forward without exhausting the team.
  • Excellent client presence and commercial acumen: comfortable leading calls, managing pressure, building strong relationships, and growing revenue through pitching and prospecting.
  • Strong organizational skills and systems thinking: you bring structure that supports creativity – not bureaucracy.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments where tools and workflows are constantly evolving (you adapt quickly and stay calm).
  • Sufficient creative sensitivity to contribute: you know how to identify risks, ask the right questions, and help shape direction – without having to write the entire creative strategy yourself.
  • Experience building scalable workflows in a growing studio or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with usage rights and licensing issues in content production (a plus in an AI context).
  • Big asset: experience with AI-powered or rapid-iteration creative pipelines (or genuine curiosity and exposure to AI tools and projects).

Responsibilities

  • Business Development Engine: Lead prospecting for the studio, identify and pursue new client opportunities, build relationships, and transform initial conversations into well-defined projects.
  • Studio IP Management: Manage internal projects and the studio's intellectual property with the same structure and rigor as client mandates.
  • End-to-End Delivery Lead: Drive AI image and video projects – from kickoff to final delivery for multiple clients and deadlines in parallel.
  • Studio Voice with Clients: Lead production follow-ups, manage expectations, drive next steps, and transform feedback into clear, actionable directives.
  • Upstream Alignment Partner: Support brief intake and creative alignment by asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and helping refine the scope into an achievable plan.
  • Production Framework Architect: Establish timelines, milestones, review cycles, approval stages, version management, and a "definition of done" for each deliverable.
  • Momentum Accelerator: Facilitate working sessions with Creation + Production teams to keep output flowing, remove blockers, and maintain pace during rapid iterations.
  • Creative Intent Watchdog: Protect creative intent while keeping the machine well-oiled, the team producing quickly, without compromising taste, brand, or quality.
  • Trust and Compliance Pillar: Keep things clear on what is produced, what is delivered, and what the client approves, with zero "black box" effect, without burdening the process.
  • Continuous Improvement Force: Identify bottlenecks, refine workflows, and implement better processes as volume grows.
