About The Position

We are looking for a motivated student to support our team in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of various projects. You will collaborate with several departments and have the opportunity to develop your skills in project management, communication, organization, and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Student in a Bachelor's degree (3rd year) or Master's degree in Project Management
• You are the person who likes to organize, structure, and keep things on track
• You can manage multiple priorities without losing focus
• You communicate easily, both orally and in writing
• You have a good analytical mind and enjoy finding solutions
• You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent sense of organization
• Initiative
• Rigor and attention to detail
• Good time management
• A true team spirit
• Adaptability
• And above all, a lot of curiosity and a desire to learn!

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Planner, Visio, Monday, or Copilot
• Bilingualism in French-English is an asset depending on the organization's needs

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and monitoring of different projects
• Prepare and update schedules, work plans, and dashboards
• Organize meetings and ensure that next steps are not missed
• Write meeting minutes and follow up on actions
• Collaborate with internal teams and various partners to gather necessary information
• Identify risks or obstacles and contribute to finding solutions
• Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date project documentation
• Analyze project progress and prepare reports
• Help us improve our project management processes and tools
