Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCare’s highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in the quaint rolling hills of Northwestern Connecticut. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing majority team-based Outpatient Geriatric Care, with the opportunity for Inpatient and Palliative Care as well. Requirements
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
- BC/BE Geriatrics
Nice To Haves
- Dual certified in palliative care is a plus
