Geriatrician - Green Bay, WI
About The Position
The National Wound Physician Group is seeking a Geriatrician to provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. This role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and a strong work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities. Physicians will become experts in wound management through specialized training and a wound fellowship, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and the latest wound care modalities. The practice operates in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. Physicians are provided with physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship to ensure clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
- Full, active, and unrestricted license in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 days a week within our working days of Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
- Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post-acute care setting.
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
- Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
- Perform clinical documentation at the point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
