About The Position

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living, a “Best Place to Work” award-winner, has immediate, multiple openings on our Nursing Team for Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA/CNA-I). Are you interested in obtaining a Certified Med-Tech (CMT)? Ask us about it! We can provide you with in-house training or financial support for an off-site training center, leading to a promotion with Oak Crest! Compensation is commensurate for experience between $17.50 - $21.86 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings. Shift differentials include: $3.00 hourly for evening shifts (3:00pm - 11:30pm, Mondays through Fridays), $1.00 hourly for night shifts (11:00pm - 7:30am, Mondays through Fridays), and $2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts). Our team of medical professionals provides personalized routine and wellness care, sick visits, and specialized nursing care exclusively to residents at our onsite medical center, in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and at their home. Requirements

• GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant, also known as CNA-I) certification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• A passion for caring for seniors

Responsibilities

• Perform appropriate nursing tasks per individual care plans
• Administer medications (CMTs only)
• Provide companionship, comfort, and help with activities of daily living
• Escort residents to appointments and activities
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
