About The Position

Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant is seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time CNA I's (formally known as Geriatric Nursing Assistant) to join their caring and mission-driven community. These positions are for a day shift (7:00am-3:00pm) with a rotating weekend schedule in their Skilled Nursing Healthcare Center. Miller’s Grant is a not-for-profit organization that prioritizes residents and team members, offering a meaningful work experience.

Requirements

Current Maryland certification as a CNA I.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Current CPR Certification.

Nice To Haves

1-year experience or more is preferred.
Previous experience working in a CCRC environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide residents with high quality daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
