A key aspect of the role is the preparation of geotechnical reports, which involves analysis and recommendations, with a strong emphasis on meeting project deadlines. Additionally, the role will manage construction materials testing (CMT) projects, including reviewing daily reports, resolving issues, and training field staff. The Geotechnical Project Manager will also be responsible for preparing proposals, managing project budgets, and handling change orders and invoices. Client interaction through project meetings to discuss reports and provide technical solutions is also a part of this position.
