Requirements

B.S in Civil Engineering
5+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex public and private projects
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to travel for client and projects needs
Ability to work in the outdoor environment

Responsibilities

Play a critical role in securing and managing large-scale projects, supporting strategic business development efforts, and guiding the continued growth and technical advancement of the geotechnical team.
Serve as the technical expert on geotechnical engineering projects of significant complexity and scope
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring delivery of high-quality work products
Provide senior-level review and approval of geotechnical reports, specifications, and engineering analyses
