About The Position

At Niricson, we believe the world's most critical infrastructure deserves better intelligence. From hydroelectric dams and bridges to airfields and industrial assets, aging infrastructure is a growing global challenge. Traditional inspection methods are often slow, subjective, and difficult to scale. We're changing that. By combining robotics, AI, advanced sensing technologies, and geospatial analytics, Niricson helps infrastructure owners make smarter, safer, and more proactive decisions about the assets their communities depend on every day. We're a team of engineers, geospatial specialists, and innovators passionate about solving real-world problems through technology. As a Geospatial Technician, you'll play a key role in transforming drone imagery and sensor data into high-quality digital products that power our AI models and support engineering decisions. Working closely with our Data Collection, Machine Learning, and Product teams, you'll help create accurate geospatial datasets, 3D models, and ortho-imagery that enable safer infrastructure inspections around the world. If you're passionate about geospatial technologies, enjoy working with GIS, CAD, photogrammetry, and 3D data, and want your work to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you. The Geospatial Technician's primary responsibility is to create high-resolution ortho-imagery for our Machine Learning team’s analysis. Additionally, this role oversees data quality, organization, and processing. Collaborating closely with all production teams, the Geospatial Technician ensures adherence to our data standards and contributes to the continuous improvement of our processes and best practices for Geospatial data management.
