About The Position

Bcore is seeking a GEOINT Trainer and Analyst for its Insight Solutions division, which delivers intelligence analysis, advanced data science, and strategic decision support. The role focuses on 3D GEOINT production and involves learning the associated workflow, environment, orchestration tool, and infrastructure; training partners; supporting GEOINT content development; and applying systems engineering to improve production efficiency. The position is based in St. Louis, Missouri, with the posting also describing the opportunity as St. Louis/Remote. An active Top Secret clearance is required; SCI eligibility is preferred. The role requires domestic and international travel approximately 25–40% of the time for on-site training and support.

Requirements

At least five years of experience producing terrain data, such as 3D GEOINT, DTM, DSM, or DEM.
At least three years of experience delivering highly technical training.
Demonstrable systems engineering experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Active TS clearance required.

Responsibilities

Gain expertise in the workflow, environment, orchestration tool, and infrastructure used for 3D GEOINT production.
Train partners on 3D GEOINT production processes, tools, and infrastructure.
Support the creation and refinement of 3D GEOINT content.
Apply systems engineering principles to enhance production efficiency and workflows.
Develop and deliver technical training materials, presentations, and hands-on instruction.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to improve production techniques.
Travel domestically and internationally (CONUS and OCONUS) approximately 25–40% of the time to provide on-site training and support.
