About The Position

The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a source throughput analyst (STA) or collection and requirements manager, you use your specialized GEOINT experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our client and national leadership. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand and analyze a variety of information and intelligence relevant to the threats facing the systems, assets, and resources critical to the nation and develop relevant research studies and recommendations. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources GEOINT, SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and open source. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters, senior policymakers, internal clients, and U.S. Intelligence Community (IC)-wide stakeholders. As the authority on your GEOINT tradecraft your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in Automated Tipping and Queueing software modeling tools, and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.
