GEOINT Collection Manager The Opportunity: Critical decisions are made every single day to support our national security. As a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Discovery and Collection Analyst (DCA), you use your specialized technical, regional, and functional experience and attention to detail to develop geospatial information needs that give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our client and national leadership. As a GEOINT Collection Manager and DCA on our team, you’ll help your client understand and implement the most efficient automated strategies to capture and collect the data they require. Using your understanding of various collection platforms and sensor capabilities, you will help your client develop and apply effective collection strategies that combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and open source, to enable automated tipping and queueing models. You’ll validate the information and apply collection analysis tradecraft as you work to refine further collection strategies against existing and emerging problem sets for warfighters, senior policymakers, internal clients, and U.S. Intelligence Community (IC)-wide stakeholders. As the authority in your tradecraft, your client will look to you for critical recommendations in an ever-changing environment. You will often collaborate with other IC Agencies on systems, architecture, and software compatibility to push GEOINT collection into the future. Requirements

Experience using JEMA and GIMS event portal to create traditional or automated strategies to support ABI/OBP CONOPS
Experience with GEOINT database knowledge, including GIMS, YODA, WEB BVI, CRATE, or JEMA
Knowledge of GEOINT Community, their focus areas, and their collection management structures, including NSG tools and DoD or IC collaboration tools designed to assist in GEOINT collection, production, simulation, visualization and analytics
Knowledge of the impacts of phenomenology on the tasking of NTM, airborne, non-imaging sensors, and FGI and commercial source imagery
Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of SIGINT HUMINT, MASINT, and open-source
Ability to liaise with partners across the intelligence community (IC) and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration and collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective collection approaches
Ability to produce briefings and information papers for leadership on the status of collection operations support
Ability to discover, collaborate on, and integrate new technologies into GEOINT TCPED
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with GEOINT, Associate’s degree and 3+ years of experience with GEOINT, or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with GEOINT

Nice To Haves

Experience in GEOINT collections, analysis, IT architecture, acquisition, procurement, and project management
Experience performing GEOINT collection using GIMS
Experience developing requirements for GEOINT systems
Knowledge of GEOINT Integration Programs
