You will provide hands-on field support including jobsite evaluations, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and solutions optimization. You will build executive-level relationships with contractors, engineering firms, developers, and regulatory stakeholders. You will deliver professional presentations, contractor training, and Lunch & Learns that elevate technical understanding and drive adoption. You will identify and develop new market opportunities through strategic outreach, industry involvement, and relationship-based prospecting. You will serve as the industry leader between customers, internal teams, and manufacturing partners to ensure alignment and execution. You will maintain discipline use of CRM and reporting tools to forecast opportunities, track activity, and provide insight into market trends. You will provide leadership with clear, actionable intelligence on competitive positioning, pricing dynamics, bid strategy, and emerging risks. You will represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and associations meetings as a recognized professional voice.
