About The Position

Provide professional genetic counseling services in specialized areas such as prenatal diagnosis, teratogens, biochemical genetics, molecular genetics, and medical genetics, as part of prenatal consultations, dysmorphology evaluations, inpatient consultations, and specified subspecialty clinics. Participate in clinical care, research, and teaching. Participate in all other activities of the Vermont Regional Genetics Center.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in genetic counseling from a program accredited by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC)
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified by the ABGC

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years previous genetic counselor experience
  • Relevant clinical experience (for new graduates)
