About The Position
We are looking for a Genesys Cloud Architect with Salesforce Integration experience for a 5-month contract role. The position is based in Pittsburg but is remote. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Genesys Cloud architecture, Salesforce integration, and related CX technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Genesys Cloud Architect experience.
- 3+ years of API integration and custom development experience.
- 5+ years of experience with CX Cloud for Salesforce.
- 5+ years of experience with CTI Connector products.
- 5+ years of experience with screen-pop functionalities.
- 5+ years of experience with out-of-the-box and custom analytics capabilities.
- 5+ years of experience with Workforce Management.
- Ability to deliver projects and operate under tighter timelines.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design Genesys Cloud solutions with a focus on Salesforce integration.
- Develop and implement API integrations and custom development for CX Cloud for Salesforce.
- Configure and manage CTI Connector products.
- Implement and optimize screen-pop functionalities.
- Leverage out-of-the-box and custom analytics capabilities.
- Utilize Workforce Management tools and strategies.
- Deliver projects effectively under tight timelines.
