Automotive, luxury retail, or hospitality experience is preferred, but not necessary for the right person. This position requires a great level of attention to detail and personalization along with the ability to provide the highest level of customer service and guest experience. A clean driving record is required.

Requirements

  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Strong desire to assist guests and provide first class service and experience
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
  • Must have exceptional customer service and strong communication (verbal and written) skills in order to work most effectively with customers on the phone or email communications
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Strong sales and/or customer service track record
  • Understanding of CRM tool
  • Persistent, competitive, and have an excellent work ethic
  • Must have a current driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle abstract

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute guest Sales appointments, facilitate test drives, present the brand, the vehicles, our dealership, and client ownership experience to guests
  • Engage with clients by asking questions and listening to their responses; assist clients in finding a vehicle that meets their wants and needs
  • Consistently follow up to ensure prospects are sufficiently informed of our inventory, services and current offers
  • Manage and respond to CRM correspondence in a timely fashion, follow-up is imperative
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of leasing and financing
  • Stay current on all product knowledge and training; become product and technology experts
  • Focus on the customer's needs to enhance the dealership, brand, and your personal value
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store showroom and vehicle lot
  • Hit monthly sales objectives as defined by management
  • Maintain CSI score above average set by manufacturer
