As a Genesis Concierge at Genesis of St. Charles, you will be the key point of contact for new vehicle owners, providing an exceptional delivery experience by thoroughly explaining the advanced technology and features of their new Genesis vehicles. You will ensure every customer leaves confident and excited about their purchase, reinforcing our commitment to outstanding service. Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Genesis vehicles and their advanced technologies (training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear, engaging manner.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in automotive delivery, customer service, or related roles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed walkthroughs of Genesis vehicle technology and features for new owners.
- Ensure customers understand all aspects of their vehicle’s capabilities and connectivity options.
- Coordinate and manage vehicle deliveries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the new owner experience.
- Work collaboratively with sales and service teams to maintain a seamless delivery process.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving our customer satisfaction index rankings.
