About The Position

Ministry Brands is looking for a Generosity Growth Consultant to join our growing team! Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, strategic consulting role (sales or success), ideally within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, customer success strategies, and revenue operations.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand recommendations for clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with faith-based, nonprofit, or social impact organizations.
  • Understanding of philanthropic trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Work as an integral part of our Revenue Team, partnering with our Account Executives to support a successful onboarding and solution launch for our new clients.
  • Understand the client’s goals and challenges, to implement onboarding plans supporting an acceleration of revenue growth and proactively resolving any issues.
  • Act as a strategic advisor thru the Clients first 6 Months with Ministry Brands, collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless client experience, monitor client progress, and continuously improve the onboarding process by documenting best practices.
  • Facilitate Seamless Transitions: Work with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover from the sales process thru completion of the underwriting process.
  • Understand Client Needs: Collaborate with Account Executives and our New Clients to align on their goals, challenges, and current processes.
  • Onboarding Plan Execution: Implement and support the Generosity Onboarding Plan to help our New Clients start generating revenue quickly.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any potential issues or obstacles that could delay client onboarding and revenue generation.
  • Strategic Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic advice and recommendations to help clients get the most out of their Giving investment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and our Product Teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
  • Monitor and Report: Track client progress and performance, report on key metrics, and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Document best practices and lessons learned to enhance the onboarding process continually.
