Requirements

Valid driver's license
Clean driving record preferred
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Willingness to learn technical skills and follow safety procedures

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled generator maintenance for customers enrolled in our membership program
Complete inspections and basic troubleshooting
Test generator systems and verify proper operation
Educate customers on generator operation and maintenance
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Complete service reports using a company-provided tablet
Work closely with experienced technicians and mentors
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit
