About The Position
Current Electrical is growing fast and is looking for skilled service technicians to join their Whole-Home Generator team. This role offers a steady, high-impact career for individuals with electrical or residential service experience. The technician will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential generators, including load testing and troubleshooting fuel systems (natural gas/propane). Detailed records of service and repairs are required.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years in residential service work, generator service, electrical work, small engine repair, equipment maintenance, or related fields
- Strong electrical/mechanical skills
- Independent, organized, and great with customers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a comprehensive pre-employment screening upon hire, including a review of criminal and DMV history
Nice To Haves
- Generator experience is not required, but a major plus!
