About The Position
Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Korte Does It All is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team as a Residential Generator Service Technician. Technicians are paid weekly and enjoy uncapped commission opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in residential generators or electrical service.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing residential standby generators (Generac, Kohler, or similar brands is a plus).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety protocols.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential standby generators.
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance to ensure generators are functioning at optimal performance.
- Assemble, test, and wire generator systems and related electrical components.
- Educate homeowners on the safe operation of their generator systems.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute generator installations according to job specifications and local codes.
