About The Position

We are hiring a Gen AI Engineer to spearhead the development of next-gen AI solutions in healthcare. You'll work on automating clinical document summarization, patient interaction AI agents, and scalable LLM-based virtual assistants.

Requirements

• Strong grasp of LLM concepts, vector search, prompt engineering, and embeddings.
• Experience using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, Hugging Face Transformers, and Pinecone.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and responsible AI use in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud MLOps pipelines (Azure AI Studio, Databricks, or AWS Bedrock).

Responsibilities

• Fine-tuning and deploying LLMs like GPT, Falcon, and LLaMA for healthcare-specific use cases.
• Creating agentic AI workflows to assist medical staff with real-time recommendations and documentation.
• Building robust pipelines for multimodal inputs including text, audio, and structured data.
• Conducting evaluation and ablation studies to ensure accuracy, robustness, and compliance.
