About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related technologies. The engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions, focusing on areas such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI Frameworks. The position involves working with cloud platforms like Azure and/or GCP, developing Python-based APIs, and automating workflows, including document intelligence. A key aspect of this role is the development of Proofs of Concept (POCs) for AI applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience.
• Expertise in Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Agentic AI Frameworks.
• Strong Python and API Development skills.
• Experience with Azure and/or GCP Cloud Platforms.
• Knowledge of Workflow Automation & Document Intelligence.
• Experience in AI POC Development.

Nice To Haves

• Banking/Financial Services experience.
• Exposure to AI Governance, Risk & Compliance.

Responsibilities
