About The Position

We are looking for an AI Automation Lead Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of an AI-enabled support automation platform. Key Responsibilities Own the overall solution architecture for the AI-enabled support automation platform. Define the target architecture and integrations across Traversals, Biggy, Slack, ServiceNow, EMIM, FIS, and AFS . Establish governance, security controls, AI guardrails, auditability, and approval workflows . Lead client workshops and executive-level technical reviews . Drive key technical decisions across multiple workstreams. Lead automation, development, and end-to-end delivery. Top 3 Responsibilities Automation Development Delivery

Requirements

• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Generative AI / Agentic AI
• Java
• Enterprise Architecture
• AI-enabled Automation
• BTech, MS, or relevant certifications
• 8–10 years of experience
