About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking a Generative AI Engineer for an Onsite contract opportunity with a Major Financial Institution in McLean, VA. This role focuses on building stateful, multi-actor applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) using modern Generative AI frameworks. The engineer will be responsible for connecting AI models to data sources, designing effective prompts, and developing backend services in Python and Java within a CI/CD environment.
Requirements
- High expertise and hands-on knowledge in LangGraph
- High expertise and hands-on knowledge in MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- High expertise and hands-on knowledge in GenAI Tools and modern Generative AI frameworks
- High expertise and hands-on knowledge in Prompt Engineering
- Advanced software engineering and AI script development in Python
- Core enterprise application development and backend services in Java
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Building stateful, multi-actor applications with LLMs
- Connecting AI models to data sources and tools
- Designing and optimizing effective prompts for generative models
